All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2. Rental Pre-booking
- A 50% payment is required to book rental items.
- Full payment must be completed before the item is dispatched.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- No refunds are provided for canceled rental pre-bookings.
- Sales are final and non-refundable.
- No returns are accepted once a product has been sold.
4. Communication
- All orders and inquiries are handled via our Email, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
- If you need to make any changes—such as updating designs, modifying products, or anything else—after prebooking or booking, you contact us directly by phone to inform us of the changes.
5. Acceptance
By placing an order, you accept the above terms and agree to use our services responsibly.
6. Service Rights & Limitations
In case of any disputes or unforeseen circumstances, Urban Nest reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to order cancellation, modification of order details, or refusal of service.
